I will stamp all over 'legitimate fighter' Paul - Joshua
The British boxer prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight-round match which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua said he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "defeat" the American as the two fighters met personally to build hype for next month's bout.
Ex two time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami venue on December 19th.
Boxer's Attitude
"I will break his face and hurt his body. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, stated.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to genuinely try to hurt him. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
Despite those words, a calm Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically famous for his showmanship - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul rather attacked former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, criticized UK rival Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer commented.
"I respect him for that."

In spite of saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua chose not to talk badly about his rival's boxing ability.

Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.
